Welcome to 'Euphoria,' a 5Rhythms workshop that invites you to dive into a whirlwind of joy, ecstasy, and lightness, to soar to new heights of spontaneity and inspiration.
In 'Euphoria,' we will immerse ourselves deeply in the Lyrical Rhythm, a dance that celebrates the magic of the present moment. Where each movement is an elevation towards greater self-awareness.
At the heart of this workshop, you will discover:

The joy that emanates from the Lyrical Rhythm, an invitation to surrender to the experience of the present moment.

Exercices and explorations to unleash your spontaneity, allowing you to dance freely and express yourself with lightness.
